Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer bi-weekly/every other week service?

We do not. Due to scheduling consistency, we have found it's best for our customers if we provide our service on a weekly basis.

Do you require contracts?

We do not require contracts from our residential customers. We have always used the quality of our work to keep customers happy, and figure.. If you're not happy with our service, we don't want to require you to stay with us.

Do I have to have my card on file?

We do require a credit or debit card number on file to ensure payment for services we provide. We do allow you the opportunity to pay with a check, cash, or the card of your choice, you simply let us know which payment option you'd prefer.

I have weeds in my lawn after you sprayed. What do I do?

That's a great question! There are a few variables to consider, but the short answer is: Call us and request a service call, and we'll get you taken care of!

Long answer is: Results will vary based on temperatures of the air and soil, water absorption through rain or sprinklers, and improper herbicide coverage (user error). The good news is, if we mow your lawn, we'll see and eliminate the weeds before you ever notice them. 

Do you offer Power Raking or Dethatching services?

No. We've actually never offered this service because we have never recommended this service. There are a few reasons as to why, but mostly it's because the service actually causes more harm than good. Proper water, fertilizer, mowing, and core aeration (all our areas of expertise) will nearly eliminate excessive thatch build up naturally, and won't cause any mechanical damage to the entire top layer of the root system as will happen with a power rake or dethatch service.
